It was
a trip to a village in Puncak. I and 6 other friends was in a same car. They were Rena, Inda, Riryn, Ko Tian, and Mores.. and the sixth person was Kara, the driver and
also the youngest one in that car. I and 5 others have finished our undergraduate
education, and we are working in different work place now.
We were going to attend a retreat called
Refresh! And all of us has “the same mission” that was finding our life
calling. That time we just liked stop for a while from routine activities and
reviewed our life back, and after that got ready to take step ahead.
We really enjoyed every second along the way
from Depok to Puncak. We talked about our job, our dream, our generation
characteristic, and also about our background knowledge: Psychology. Ahh, that
was so inspiring and encouraging me.. each of us have our own problem and we are looking for what step we should take next..
Puncak is a nice place and provides very fresh
and cold air... after 3 hours of trip, we stopped at the side of the road and found
a traditional coffee store. We chose the table that view was Puncak at the
night. It was so beautiful, the light of the building light was like glitter on
the dark paper ;)
The discussion was not stopped when we arrived at
the resort. Every free time like dinner or lunch, we shared our dream, our
opinion, and our confusion... be continued and related to every Bible words
that was shared by the priest...
That was 2 night and 1 day we were together...
we were in the one ‘mission’, one ‘thought’, and one ‘heart’ but in different
way to go it through... maybe we have not find the answer yet, the step to live
this life... but we are in searching, in a process...and I hope someday, we
will gather and share again how we finally find what God wants us to do in this
life and how we finally reach that dream :)
